Off-Ice Training

Off-Ice Training

Crossroads FSC Off-Ice Training Program Highlights

CFSC’s Off-Ice Training Program has been enhanced by the purchase of the full Vertushka/Bronson Spinner product line (3 Mechanical spinners: the electric motorized spinner, and the uniquely designed pillow belt with stationary harness system). CFSC members greatly benefit from supplementing their on– ice lessons and practice time with the use of these spinners. Diligent off-ice training can safely and effectively accelerate on–ice progress in the core strength, concept awareness, and technical skill areas.

The Club has invested in these “Enhanced Off-Ice Training Devices”. As such, an initial, one-time $45 usage fee is required from CFSC members who intend to use this equipment, whether the participant is in a class or for private/semi–private sessions.

CFSC will be holding classes throughout the season. Registration for the classes will be announced prior to the start of each session and all registration will be on-line only.

*ALL SPINNERS ARE FOR CFSC MEMBER USE ONLY*

** SPINNERS WILL BE USED DURING CLASS SESSIONS ONLY AT THIS TIME** under the supervision CFSC Coach, Kristin Caparra.

Signed waivers are required prior to any participant’s use of the spinner equipment.
